Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Free Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping to the UK mainland for orders over £80. (Please note this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Wight.)

Shipping Times:

• UK: 3–4 business days

• Europe: 7–9 business days

• International locations: 10–15 business days

Please Note:

• During busy periods, couriers may experience delays. We cannot guarantee delivery times during these periods.

• New collection launches may slightly delay dispatch.

• Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed if the 12 PM cut-off is missed or during peak times.

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day and shipped the following day.

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Additional Charges:

• We currently cannot offer DDP (duties paid) shipping. At checkout, you will pay only for the items and shipping. Customers may be liable for VAT and Customs Duty in their country.

• Any import costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes any customs charges or fees imposed by your country upon arrival.

• We cannot accept responsibility if items are refused or not collected due to unpaid customs or duty fees.

• Please check your country’s regulations regarding importing goods. If a parcel is returned or removed due to local rules, any incurred charges are the customer’s responsibility.
