Founded by a small, founder-led team, Hammer & Anvil exists to unite the brutal reality of iron with the timeless symbolism of legendary fantasy worlds. In myth, warriors are not born — they are forged through hardship, sacrifice, and relentless will. Training is no different.
We create heavy-duty bodybuilding armour for those who treat their body as a weapon and their training as a craft. Every piece we design draws inspiration from mythic realms of battle, honor, and endurance — translated into bold, cinematic artwork built for modern training environments.

As a founder-led brand, we take full responsibility for every design and every garment we release. From the first concept inspired by our fantasy worlds to the final product leaving our hands, we oversee the process end to end.
Our designs are not mass-produced ideas. They are intentionally crafted, refined, and brought to life with care, accountability, and clear standards.
Our Supply Chain
While final production, printing, and quality control are handled in-house to ensure consistency and durability, our blank garments are sourced from a trusted manufacturing partner in China.
We chose this partner for their reliability, craftsmanship, and commitment to ethical labor practices. We prioritise suppliers that hold recognised certifications such as BSCI or OEKO-TEX, helping ensure safe, fair, and voluntary working conditions.

Our production methods are selected to reduce environmental impact without compromising durability or performance. We use water-based inks, recyclable film, and modern printing processes that avoid the heavy water usage and chemical waste associated with traditional screen printing.

Our garments use a high proportion of eco-friendly materials, including organic cotton selected for both sustainability and performance. Heavy-duty bodybuilding apparel should be built to endure — not designed to be disposable.
